Our team of retired law-enforcement checks for water and rodent intrusion, vandalism, performs necessary maintenance and submits a report after each check. Our goal is for you to return to a beautifully maintained home without the stress of the unknown!

From 2-100 units we can manage it all. We handle collection of rent, maintenance, inspections, clean-outs, (and as realtors) we will make sure a unit doesn't sit vacant long.

From chirping smoke/CO alarms and HVAC filters to remodels we can quickly have it done all within budget. If the job is bigger or requires specialty work we can confidently oversee all of it.
Locating the right tenants
As licensed realtors with Coldwell Banker we can advertise, show, screen and help you select the right tenant for your space. All of our owner/partners have been repeat customers!
Detailed reporting
Communication is key to any successful partnership. Clients will receive a monthly report with all activity and communication with tenants.
